WIBAWA

Structure as presence.

Woven entirely in linen, the cloth derives from lurik traditions of Central Java, where pattern is built through warp and repetition. The yarn is dyed unevenly, combining red with a deep navy to produce a tonal field that shifts across the surface.

The irregularity is deliberate — the color never settles fully, but holds in tension.

After weaving, the cloth is stone washed into softness.

Wibawa describes presence — dignity and power that don’t need to announce themselves.
